Thank you for shopping at RefurbishedFone.in. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is defective upon delivery.
- The product is significantly different from the description on our website.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
- All original accessories, charger, cable, box (if provided), invoices, and warranty cards must be included.
- The device must not have any physical damage caused after delivery.
- The device must not be rooted, modified, or repaired by any unauthorized service center.
- The device must be free from passwords, screen locks, iCloud Lock, Google FRP Lock, or any user accounts before being returned.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Damage caused by accidental drops, water, misuse, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Software issues caused by third-party applications or unauthorized modifications.
- Products returned without original accessories or proof of purchase.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer negligence.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Share clear photos or videos showing the problem, if requested.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the outcome.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
After the returned product has been received and successfully inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement Policy
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:
- The same model is available in stock.
- The issue is covered under our return policy.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
- If a refund is approved after a returned COD order, the refund will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method.
9. Warranty Claims
If your device includes a warranty, warranty-related issues should be reported according to the warranty terms provided with the product.
Physical damage, liquid damage, and unauthorized repairs are not covered under warranty unless otherwise specified.
